Veldskoen Leather Shoes

Few shoes carry a story as deep as Veldskoen. The name means 'field shoes' in Afrikaans, first recorded by Dutch settlers nearly 400 years ago — and Khoisan tribal folklore traces the origins of single-hide leather footwear back over 1,000 years before that. Today, Veldskoen keeps this tradition alive with handcrafted leather heritage shoes, boots, sandals, flip-flops, and slipper shoes, built to honour Africa's original field shoe.
