While courier services have typically been the primary option for customers shopping online, The Courier Guy has a network of safe lockers located across the country allowing customers to order their shopping online and choose to have it delivered to a locker in location closest to their office or home, so they can collect it when it suits them best.

  2. You're not generally home during the day and usually miss courier deliveries

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Once you're ready to order, proceed to checkout and make sure you've added your correct home address and contact details (email address and cellphone number)
  2. Select the Courier Guy Locker shipping method
  3. Complete payment for your order
  4. On the order confirmation page you'll see a button to choose your preferred locker
  5. You'll be emailed a One Time Pin (OTP) to the email address you provided in your order details, type it in and click the blue 'Confirm OTP' button - it might take a few minutes for the email to arrive
  6. On the next screen click the 'Choose Locker' button after which you'll be presented with a map showing the lockers across the country - click through the map locations until you find the locker most convenient to you
  7. Select your locker and confirm
  8. You'll receive an email confirmation and will be notified via email and SMS when your parcel is ready for collection at your chosen Locker
  9. Collect your parcel within 2 days of receiving your notification, otherwise your parcel will be moved to the closest Courier Guy kiosk for collection
